JUICE EASY TO DO LIST


 Take your weight before and after juicing, on the first day and the following morning of the last juice


Drink Lemon Water every morning to enhance belly fat burning


Shake juice before drinking

Keep juices refrigerated at all time to preserve freshness


Drink water or our Infused h2o throughout the day and when you feel hungry


Drink your juices every two hours


Do not juice if you are not feeling well


Stop juicing if you are severely fatigued


If you become dizzy or nauseous eat a small portion of fruit or vegetables


Consult your doctor first if you are on any type of medication or have dietary restrictions
